Their goal was to provide comprehensive mechanical services to the oil and gas sector, catering to the ever-growing demand for reliable and efficient solutions. Our co-owners both bring decades of experience. Dennis Miller is a professional mechanical engineer with a long history of executing projects in both consulting and operator roles. Kevin Blondo is a leader in pipeline gas and oil field construction and managing complex project execution from start to finish. Together they deliver the highest industry standards and results backed by integrity.

Blondo Constructors (BC) has built projects in the oil sector, building/modifying tank farms, blending facilities, and LACTs. They have also done midstream gas projects and built/modified helium plants with amine/dehy processing, compression, membranes, PSAs. BC has built a reputation for doing what needs to be done, knowing the code and the right way to build mechanical systems, and always backing the quality and effort of its people and paying them the best.

Dismantling, relocation and reconstruction of a helium processing plant. Great care was taken in labelling, logging, and photographing of piping and equipment for easy and well-managed reconstruction at a new location. The move involved 26 truckloads of processing equipment and piping.
Greenfield construction of a new helium gas processing plant 30 miles outside of Winslow, Arizona. Blondo Constructors provided a lump sum price to set and connect the gas inlet, 4 processing skids, dehydration skid, buffer skids, produced water tank, gen sets, fuel gas inlet and gas sales stations. The processing skids included membranes, PSA, and compression.
